When you book an appointment, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your appointment time. If this is your first appointment with Julie, the email will also have a link to an online intake form for you to complete.
At least two days before your scheduled appointment you will receive a reminder text message asking you to confirm your appointment or, if necessary, reschedule. Cancellations within 48hrs of your appointment or failure to attend, will incur a cancellation fee.
