Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is an effective treatment approach for a range of mental and emotional health issues, including anxiety and depression. CBT aims to help you identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and to learn practical self-help strategies.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy, or talk therapy, is a way to help people with a broad variety of mental illnesses and emotional difficulties. Psychotherapy can help eliminate or control troubling symptoms so a person can function better and can increase well-being and healing.

Interpersonal Therapy

Interpersonal therapy (IPT) is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on you and your relationships with other people. It’s based on the idea that personal relationships are at the centre of psychological problems.

Emotion Focused Therapy

Emotion Focused Therapy, or EFT, is based on the idea that emotions are the key to understanding the underlying drivers to our behaviours, our identity and help us to understand who we are and how we interact with others.
